The road from Fuman to Punel is located in the north of the country, its length is about 43 kilometers and it passes through the monastery. Since this road is located in the northern part of the country, silica-containing aggregates are generally used in this area for the implementation of asphalt, which reduces the adhesion of bitumen to the materials, and this causes the penetration of moisture into the lower layers of asphalt and in the long term. It causes irreparable damage. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, in this route, asphalt has been applied using AkaBit AD modified bitumen, which increases the moisture durability of asphalt and reduces stripping, and prevents many irreparable damages.
